I found the breakfast choice excellent. It included a wide variety of options. The staff seemed very pleasant and helpful (always ready to assist). Free parking was available. That helped a lot.

The tap in our shower was loose and it came off in my hand. It was quite heavy, so I thought it could have caused an injury if it had fallen on someone's foot. the toilet flush handle kept falling off (maintenance issues, unfortunately).
