breakfast choice helpful staff loose tap toilet handle
I found the breakfast choice excellent. It included a wide variety of options. The staff seemed very pleasant and helpful (always ready to assist). Free parking was available. That helped a lot.
The tap in our shower was loose and it came off in my hand. It was quite heavy, so I thought it could have caused an injury if it had fallen on someone's foot. the toilet flush handle kept falling off (maintenance issues, unfortunately).

The room was quite spacious. The bathroom design stood out. It had modern fixtures and ample space. Check-in was efficient, and the staff were quite friendly. I also found the bar staff very approachable. They created a relaxing atmosphere.

The room felt quite dated, and the decor showed significant wear (it needs updating). There was a noticeable musty odor in the corridor, similar to old vacuum cleaner bags. These issues detracted from the overall experience.

warm staff spacious room delicious breakfast
the staff were very warm and cute at all times. my room was very spacious with lovely new furniture. the best breakfast had lots of options, even american pancakes and poached eggs.
the corridor outside my room was not very clean with some dirty dishes visible.
